Gabions are produced by electro-welded steel wires with a diameter of 4.0 mm and are hot-dip galvanized after welding.
Gabions have a high tensile strength of400 N / mm².
Athe hot-dip galvanized coating of the productguarantees a long life of the product even under extremely aggressive atmospheric conditions.
Gabions are extremely suitable for decorative walls and terracing of terrains, and are also widely used in the reinforcement of slopes and riverbeds.
Gabions are delivered disassembled into separate parts.
They are assembled with the help of specially made spirals and spacers (hooks), which do not allow deformation of their shape and the formation of a belly.
The coils and spacers are also made of hot-dip galvanized wire with a dia4mm.
The gabions are filled with large stone, extracted from strong rocks and resistant to atmospheric influences.
To achieve an aesthetic appearance of the front surfaces (e.g. for decorative walls),
the stone is laid by hand so as to achieve the appearance of dry stone masonry.
The gabions correspond to a standardEN ISO 9227.
